How Do I Bold, Italicize and Underline Text?

This is by far the most frequently requested change.

I've resisted adding this feature because it's not possible to use plain text files and store the codes required for this kind of special formatting. It requires each document have specialized formatting codes imbedded in them like word processor files do.  (If you've never seen these codes, use Notepad to look inside a small word processor file -- Notepad can only handle small files and you can't see Word document imbedded codes in Wordpad.)

One of the themes of InfoMagic is using plain text documents that can be used/read by many other programs and operating systems.  They import correctly into almost any information manager, word processor, text editor, desktop publisher, email program, newsreader, etc., and you can send InfoMagic document files over the Internet to people who use Macintosh or Unix/Linux and they can use them as easily as you.
