try 1-800-654-3643, then ignore their tone jail--don't press any buttons and wait for an real
person to answer. They're there M-F 8a-8p and 11a-6p Saturday Eastern
Time. A few years ago I found them very helpful. They solved a
problem in minutes that I'd wasted a day on, plus replacing a part unnecessarily while fooling around trying to solve it myself.
